Finance Coordinator - Licensing

Job Details - Lead projects to improve licensing processes by utilizing the experience of coordinating, processing, researching and remitting licensing applications and tax notices, personal property and real property tax payments, and coordinating daily processes and functions with third party law firms dedicated to beer and wine licensing. - Assist Licensing Supervisor with various reporting and workflow functions pertinent to tracking, processing, paying, reviewing, coordinating, and collaborating with others groups, both internal and external, as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all functions, duties, and responsibilities. - Acts as an informal Licensing Supervisor, where appropriate, and assists with training of new hires. Provides ongoing training for Licensing Specialists. - Assists with and leads special projects as needed, working to identify and implement process improvements using technical tools, collaborating with field leadership, outside vendors, and various teams inside and outside of the Finance organization.
