Job Details

This Director of FP&A role sits at the center of the company's financial planning and reporting function, partnering directly with the CFO and executive team to bring structure, discipline, and forward-looking insight to the business as it scales. This position reports to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting, including monthly management discussion and analysis that calls out key drivers, trends, and risk areas
  • Push back on and stress-test budget and forecast inputs submitted by department leaders, holding the organization accountable to its numbers
  • Build and maintain the KPI framework used to track business performance in real time
  • Partner with the CFO on monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for internal and external stakeholders, translating results into clear strategic takeaways
  • Serve as a key financial voice in investment and strategic discussions, bringing data-driven rigor to business decisions
  • Work closely with Accounting and Treasury to keep financial information aligned across functions
  • Help drive an ongoing transformation of the finance function, including talent upgrades, process redesign, and systems implementation
  • Build and lead the FP&A team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive FP&A experience
  • Manufacturing required
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP required
  • Background in a complex, operationally intensive business environment
  • Supervisory experience over direct and indirect reports
  • Clear, confident communicator comfortable presenting to senior executives and PE stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
