Finance Director
Salary: $150,000–$200,000

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Director:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting.
- Manage accounting and consolidations across four LLCs.
- Lead direct reports across accounting and business operations.
- Provide financial leadership and oversight related to facility operations.
Qualifications for the Finance Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity accounting.
- Controller, Finance Director, or comparable accounting leadership experience.
- CPA and healthcare industry experience are preferred.
