    • Build and maintain models for capital structure optimization and liquidity planning
    • Develop materials for lenders, investors, and rating agencies, including offering memoranda and investor presentations
    • Monitor market conditions and advise leadership on timing and structure of capital markets transactions

    Strategic Investment & Portfolio Analysis

    • Evaluate investment opportunities including new developments, expansions, and acquisitions with a focus on revenue impact and returns
    • Support portfolio-level analytics including asset performance, revenue concentration, and customer segmentation

    Business Partnering & Decision Support

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and development teams to align revenue strategy with capital deployment
    • Provide actionable insights to executive leadership on revenue performance, risks, and opportunities
    • Deliver board-level reporting focused on revenue growth, capital efficiency, and return metrics

    Team Leadership & Process Excellence

    • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on revenue analytics and capital markets execution
    • Enhance data infrastructure, reporting tools, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making speed and accuracy

    Qualifications:
