We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Finance Director to lead our financial department. This is a permanent position that will play a key role in the overall management of the company's financial operations and strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the company and driving financial strategy and planning. They will also be responsible for assessing financial performance, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and managing all aspects of financial compliance and internal controls. This role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, compliance, and multi-entity management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including the development and implementation of financial strategies, plans, and forecasts.
2. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
3. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
4. Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures, and ensure they are adhered to across all entities.
5. Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
6. Collaborate with other department leaders to align financial management with short and long-term operational strategies and objectives.
7. Present financial reports to the board of directors, stakeholders, and executives in a clear and concise manner.
8. Monitor and manage financial risk, and implement effective risk management strategies.
9. Oversee and manage multi-entity financial operations, ensuring efficient and effective financial management across all entities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the sales industry.
3. Proven experience in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, compliance, internal controls, and multi-entity management.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
9. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
10. Experience in managing multiple entities and complex financial operations.
