Job Description
A hospital in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a senior-level Finance Director. This is an on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at a specific location, with up to 20% travel expected. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The role. The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements. This position involves leading a finance team, applying organizational policies and procedures, and supporting the business office functions of the facility.
What we're looking for.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or applicable work experience
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
- Prior team leadership experience
- Preferred: Skilled in the application of policies and procedures; knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices
- Preferred: Experience in staff management
Compensation. $115, 000 - $125, 000 per year
