Finance DirectorOur client is a global leader in manufacturing and industrial services, operating within a complex, engineered product space. With around $200M in revenue generated across the Americas and support from an established international parent company, the business brings together manufacturing capabilities, commercial operations, and aftermarket services to provide consistent, long term value to its customers. The Americas division is a strategically important region with a strong foundation and continued growth trajectory. To support this momentum, the company is looking to hire a Finance Director who will elevate financial leadership, increase transparency into business performance, and help drive the next phase of expansion. This role required a presence in the office at least 3 days/ week (non-negotiable).Reporting into the U.S. CEO, with a functional reporting connection to the Group CFO internationally, the Finance Director will operate as the lead finance executive for the Americas region and a key collaborator to the senior leadership team. This individual will assume full responsibility for the North American finance function, overseeing a team of roughly 8 professionals while driving improved financial results, reinforcing governance, and enabling well informed business decisions.
