    Our client is entering an exciting period of growth and organizational evolution. As Finance Director, you'll partner directly with the President to strengthen the finance function, build a more data-driven organization, and help prepare the business for continued expansion across North America. This is an opportunity for a strategic finance leader who wants to influence more than the numbers. You'll help develop people, improve processes, guide business decisions, and play a key role in shaping the organization's future.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis
    • Partner with operations, sales, engineering, and executive leadership to drive profitability
    • Lead strategic initiatives including operational improvements and acquisition integration
    • Build stronger financial processes, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
    • Develop and mentor the finance team while supporting future organizational growth

    About You

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
    • 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial organizations
    • Ability to translate financial data to strategic business decisions
    • Experience leading teams through growth and organizational change
