Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Domain Expert with deep expertise in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research to support complex financial research, analysis, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document research-based financial workflows across capital markets, investment banking, private equity, asset management, and equity research.
Develop evaluation frameworks and test cases for complex financial analyses.
Curate and validate high-quality financial data from public filings, industry databases, earnings reports, investor presentations, and research sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and deliver actionable business insights.
Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance)
Private Equity (Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management)
