About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Solutions Specialist with strong enterprise Finance ERP / PSA implementation experience and a proven ability to operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and business leadership. This role acts as a techno-functional lead responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting scalable finance solutions within a complex, global organization.

You will work closely with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to translate business needs into robust ERP solutions, with a focus on Certinia (PSA/Accounting) and Salesforce-based financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead solution design for enterprise Finance ERP/PSA systems, including fit-gap analysis, architecture design, and implementation planning
  • Design and support integrations (APIs, data flows, ETL) between ERP systems and enterprise platforms
  • Serve as SME for Finance ERP/PSA applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Support key finance processes, including Time & Expense, Revenue Recognition, WIP, billing, backlog reporting, and month-end close
  • Lead UAT, change management, training, and user adoption initiatives across business teams
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, system support, and documentation while ensuring compliance with IT controls and security standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders up to the C-suite level to drive alignment and delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with Certinia PSA or comparable Finance ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes: revenue recognition, WIP, time entry, billing, and month-end close
  • Experience delivering ERP/PSA implementations in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)
  • Strong experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams in enterprise settings
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Experience

  • Certinia / FinancialForce, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP Finance, Workday Financials, or similar ERP platforms
  • Multi-entity, multi-currency, or global finance operations experience
  • API/integration design and data architecture exposure
  • Experience in consulting, finance transformation, or Big Four environments
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in cross-functional teams

What Makes You Successful in This Role

  • Strong techno-functional mindset bridging finance and technology
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations (design, go-live support)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Additional Information

  • Hybrid role: 3 days onsite required
  • No relocation assistance provided
  • Candidates with strong ERP/Finance transformation experience (even without Certinia) are encouraged to apply
