Key Responsibilities for the Finance & HR Operations Associate:

• 
  
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and purchasing activities
• 
  
• Coordinate corporate credit card reconciliations and expense tracking
• 
  
• Support payroll preparation and bi-weekly payroll processing
• 
  
• Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and compliance files
• 
  
• Assist with recruiting administration, job postings, and resume screening
• 
  

Qualifications for the Finance & HR Operations Associate:

• 
  
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, HR, or administrative operations
• 
  
• Experience with payroll, accounting, or HR systems preferred
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business applications
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•
