Responsibilities

Guide customers through the financing process, ensuring they feel confident and informed about every detail of their purchase.

Coordinate with local lenders to secure competitive financing terms for our buyers.

Present protection plans and warranties that provide genuine peace of mind for vehicle owners.

Maintain meticulous records and handle all contractual documentation with high attention to detail.

Collaborate with the sales floor to ensure a smooth transition from the test drive to the final handover.

Foster a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued and respected throughout their financial journey.

At least two years of experience in automotive finance and insurance.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Solid understanding of automotive financing laws and credit regulations.

Proven ability to handle complex paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Strong comfort level with digital finance platforms and CRM software.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex terms in a clear, accessible way.
