Responsibilities
Guide customers through finance and insurance options with clarity and care.
Present loan, lease, warranty, and protection product solutions that fit each customers needs.
Work closely with the sales team to create a smooth handoff from vehicle selection to final paperwork.
Prepare, review, and submit deal documents accurately and on time.
Maintain compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and applicable regulations.
Build trust with customers by answering questions honestly and making the process easier to understand.
Partner with lenders and financial institutions to secure approvals and complete transactions.
Support dealership goals by improving customer satisfaction and helping finance operations run efficiently.
Keep organized records and ensure all contracts and disclosures are complete.
Previous experience in automotive finance, insurance, or sales management.
Strong understanding of lending, leasing, and extended protection products.
Ability to present finance and insurance options clearly and confidently.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Comfort working with lender guidelines, compliance standards, and dealership processes.
Strong attention to detail when completing contracts and paperwork.
Proficiency with dealership software and basic computer systems.
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Prior experience in an automotive dealership setting, preferred.
Familiarity with menu selling or similar F&I presentation methods, preferred.
