Responsibilities:
- Technical Accounting support:Assist with research in accounting issues and provide benchmarking on peer companies’ SEC filings.
- Revenue:Assist in development of customer contract compliance checklist using our in-house software.
- Reconciliation: Assist in the preparation and review of account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and support.
- Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of financial data and the preparation of reports.
- Project Support: Participate in ad hoc projects.
- Communication: Interact professionally with internal teams and external parties as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic standing.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field.
