Compensation
- Competitive base pay starting at $20.00/hr
- The pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Please note, compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening. We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position's work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.

Job Duties
Learn functionalities of Finance & Accounting while gaining real world understanding of finance analysis & reporting, data management & financial systems.
- Contribute to key projects: Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the business
- Assist in Strategic Initiatives: Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blains Pillars
- Engage in cross-functional teams: Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the business
- Support Daily Operations: Assist the team with day-to-day task to gain insight on the departments process
- Present Your Findings: Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholders
- Receive mentor and coaching: Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career path
- Participate in hands-on workshops: Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an incoming Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication, writing & time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
