We believe that communication and planning are as important as execution. The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager Intern to join our team in Paris. Together with the project manager, you will play a key role in a critical company initiative: the end-to-end implementation and rollout of our new Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system, Open Prod.You will act as the key player of this deployment, ensuring that our purchasing, supply chain, and manufacturing processes are seamlessly integrated into the new system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in both Paris and San Francisco.What You Will DoCore Finance & Controlling:Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Assist in collecting financial data from internal BI tools and external accounting firms. You will support the monthly reporting process, specifically covering the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, and identifying root causes for deviations.Budgeting: Actively contribute to the preparation, modeling, and building of the companys annual budget.Inventory Analysis: Monitor monthly inventory levels, supporting inventory control, reconciliation, and cost analysis.Systems Implementation & Project Management:MRP Implementation (Open Prod): Support the rollout of our new ERP/MRP system. You will map and document current supply chain and manufacturing workflows, translating them into clear, actionable system requirements.Project Coordination & Data Management: Clean, organize, and migrate critical data from legacy spreadsheets into Open Prod. You will conduct system testing to identify bugs or process gaps, and liaise directly with our San Francisco team to ensure cross-functional alignment and a smooth global rollout.Finance Systems Monitoring & Training: Monitor system health and maintain our internal finance tools to ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist in training end-users to drive high system adoption across the company. Qualifications, Skills & AttributesEducation: Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business school or IAEDetail-Oriented & Analytical: You are rigorous with data and meticulous in your execution.Proactive Communicator: You are comfortable asking questions, coordinating with senior team members, and aligning stakeholders on milestones and deadlines.Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, as you will interact daily with our US team. Spoken/written French is preferred but not mandatory.Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating new software. Previous exposure to an ERP/MRP system (Open Prod, Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) or project management tools is a strong plus.
