Finance Intern, Semester

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance intern to join our team. The intern will support various projects and tasks within the Finance Department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Help with the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance team members on various assignments and initiatives.
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new or updated software.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university with a major in Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  The pay range for this position is expected to be between $19.00 to $21.00 hourly; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
