The Finance & Investments Coordinator is a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Management, supporting enterprise finance initiatives and investment operations. This role blends executive support, project management and chief of staff responsibilities to drive alignment, execution and operational excellence across the Finance organization.

What You'll Do:

• Manage complex calendars, travel, expense reporting and executive correspondence with discretion
• Prepare financial presentations, board materials and executive briefings
• Serve as liaison between the SVP and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
• Lead and coordinate strategic finance and investment projects across departments
• Develop project plans, track milestones and manage timelines to drive measurable results
• Support investment reporting, capital tracking and performance analysis
• Draft executive communications and strategic updates for leadership and external partners
• Gather and synthesize financial data into actionable insights
• Represent the SVP in select meetings and ensure execution of key initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred
• 6+ years in executive support, project management or chief of staff roles
• Experience in finance, investment operations or corporate strategy
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
• High discretion, professionalism and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Pay Range:

120,053.00 - 150,066.50
