We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Leader to oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operational finance functions across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, driving profitability, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling sustainable business growth.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals
Provide executive leadership with financial insights and recommendations
Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis

Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS as applicable)
Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes

Maintain strong financial controls and governance frameworks
Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency
Analyze operational expenses and recommend optimization strategies
Support margin improvement initiatives across business units
Evaluate ROI on investments, projects, and initiatives
Partner with operations teams to drive cost-effective performance
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Clinical, and Technology leaders
Translate financial data into business insights and actionable strategies
Support pricing, budgeting, and resource allocation decisions
Participate in strategic planning and executive discussions
Align financial planning with organizational priorities
Support revenue tracking and performance monitoring
Work with revenue cycle or sales teams to improve financial outcomes
Monitor key financial indicators including cash flow and margins
Assist in forecasting revenue trends and business performance
Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial results
Lead and mentor finance team members and managers
Build a high-performance finance function with strong accountability
Support talent development and succession planning within finance
Foster a culture of accuracy, discipline, and continuous improvement
Promote collaboration across departments and business units
Oversee financial systems and tools (ERP, BI platforms, etc.)
Improve automation and efficiency in financial reporting processes
Enhance financial data accuracy and reporting speed
Support digital transformation initiatives within finance
Optimize workflows for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
7+ years of progressive finance experience
3+ years in senior finance leadership roles (Finance Manager, Director, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
Experience working in cross-functional business environments
Must currently reside in one of the approved locations listed above
MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
Experience in healthcare, enterprise, or multi-site organizations
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
Experience with financial transformation or process optimization initiatives
Strong background in data analytics and business intelligence tools
Experience in high-growth or complex operational environments
Exposure to revenue cycle or healthcare finance (if applicable)
