Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Akron, Ohio (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 depending on expereince.

Position Overview
The Finance Manager will serve as a key financial leader supporting business operations across multiple locations. This role partners closely with leadership teams to provide financial insight, support operational decision-making, improve profitability, and drive process efficiencies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, commercial finance experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities (Finance Manager):

Qualifications (Finance Manager):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience preferred
