Pay Range:$85,000-$105,000/year commensurate with experience
Reports to: Operations and Finance Associate Director

ABOUT THE ROLE: The California chapter of CAIR (CAIR-CA) is looking for a passionate and talented individual to fill the Finance Manager position. Reporting directly to the Operations and Finance Associate Director, the Finance Manager is responsible for managing all accounting and payroll functions and ensuring that they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role is responsible for financial reporting, developing, and maintaining accounting practices and procedures, fiscal grant management, payroll oversight,and ensuring overall nonprofit compliance. The Finance Manager is responsible for general ledger management, monthly, year-end, and grant year-end closings, accounts payable, funder reports, and audit preparation.
