We seek a Finance Manager to join our FP&A team within the AWS Specialists and Partner (ASP) organization, part of AWS" Sales organization. This role will manage the majority of AWS Sales spend portfolio and support a fast-growing set of services. This position will work closely with key business partners across AWS to drive thoughtful planning, analysis, decision support, and scale for future growth.

Key job responsibilities

  • Present financial reports that provide visibility to key business and financial inputs to leadership
  • Drive the annual financial planning / budgeting process
  • Implement and own processes that ensure the team delivers timely and accurate financials and reporting
  • Develop forecasting models and metrics to analyze portfolio performance
  • Provide analytical support on ad hoc projects
  • Manage projects that continuously improve and streamline internal processes and financial reporting
  • Serve as the main point of contact to central finance teams

We seek a self-starter with a strong problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and solid skills in project management. You will interact regularly with with various business units across Amazon and requires strong people skills.

A day in the life

This role partners with finance teams across AWS and helps support our business partners in Migration Services and Marketplaces & Control Services. There"s no typical day as you could be working on a variety of different things, including driving our annual planning processes, reviewing reporting and insights on business performance, or managing a project to help us scale with the growth in our services.
