The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking a strategic and analytical financial professional to serve as Finance Manager within the Office of Financial Management (OFM). This position offers a unique opportunity to support complex financial operations within the Commonwealth's largest secretariat, overseeing critical administrative and programmatic funding that supports millions of Massachusetts residents. The Office of Financial Management serves as a key operational and strategic partner across EOHHS, ensuring sound fiscal stewardship, effective financial planning, and compliance with state finance regulations.
In this role, you will oversee and support financial operations across multiple EOHHS administrative and programmatic areas, including MassHealth, Secretariat IT, Human Resources, Facilities, and other EHS offices. Reporting to the Budget Director, you will supervise budget staff, manage complex financial reporting and forecasting activities, and provide operational and strategic guidance on budgeting, grants, trusts, payroll, and interagency financial activities.
