We're seeking an experienced, motivated Finance Manager to join the leadership team at Graff Chevrolet of Chesterton, someone who loves helping customers, builds strong lender relationships, and develops the people around them.

What You'll Do

• Structure finance and lease transactions
• Present finance, warranty, GAP, and protection products with a transparent buying experience
• Build strong relationships with customers and lending partners
• Keep every deal compliant with state and federal regulations
• Maintain high product penetration
• Partner with and coach the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability

What You Bring

• Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
• A proven track record of strong production and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of dealership compliance and lender programs
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• A positive, team-first, coaching mindset
• Drive, ethics, and a commitment to continuous improvement
