What You'll Do:
Lead the Financial Function
Serve as the financial leader for the facility, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Partner with Operations
Work closely with plant leadership to improve profitability, productivity, and operational performance through actionable financial insights.
Drive Inventory & Cost Management
Own complex inventory valuation, material usage analysis, production costing, and variance reporting while supporting initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
Lead Financial Planning & Forecasting
Develop annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators that support business objectives and growth initiatives.
Manage Capital Projects
Support CAPEX planning, financial modeling, project tracking, business case development, and capital asset accounting.
Support Audits & Compliance
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors while maintaining strong controls, documentation, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Deliver Strategic Analysis
Build financial models, dashboards, and operational analyses that support leadership decision-making and long-term planning.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of:
- Cost accounting
- Inventory management
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations
- Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Financial modeling
- ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus
