Financial Systems & Reporting: Expert in COGNOS & Crystal Reports; advanced Excel modeling for pricing, profitability, and operations.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL queries, relational databases, and business process optimization.
Team & Project Management: Skilled at leading teams, managing priorities, and developing reports for senior leadership.
Executive Communication: Experienced in presenting financial insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
Education & Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred.
Industry Experience: Healthcare/lab experience beneficial; adaptable to industry-specific finance processes.
