Finance Manager - Contracts/Sales - Flagship

Finance Manager. FP&A Manager. Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. NextStep Recruiting is working with a $400M plus revenue, privately held services organization in the N. Ft. Worth, TX market that is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager to their growing finance team. This role will work closely with the sales team in a contract-driven, project-oriented environment. Candidates should have the following experience and credentials:

• A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive, large company finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, ROI analysis, labor cost analysis, etc.
• Experience working closely with the sales team and other internal teams in a contract-driven, project-based industry
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Adaptive Planning a plus
• Experience with audits and audit liaison work. Public accounting experience a plus
• Strong communication skills and developing staff
