OVERVIEW The Covington Finance Site Lead is a cross-functional role that will allow you to collaborate with peers to achieve plant goals, partner with plant operations to support business results and the plant mission, support a strong fiduciary environment, analyze metrics and reporting, and provide business insights. You will have financial responsibility for the site that supports our Cereal and Snacks businesses. The Covington plant has 475 team members and is non-union. As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will gain significant Cross-Functional Team Leadership. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to Govern and/or Execute Control Activities by overseeing critical month/year-end SOX compliance actions. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $108900.00 - $163500.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employees pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role.
