Job Details

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-focused Finance Manager to join our team. This is a unique, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of FP&A, strategic finance, and business operations.

Rather than a traditional FP&A position, this role acts as the “connective tissue” across the organization—partnering closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, execute key initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key advisor to finance leadership on strategic initiatives, translating high-level priorities into actionable plans and financial models
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects, driving alignment and execution across departments
  • Partner with business leaders to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations
  • Manage the operating cadence of the finance team, including tracking key initiatives, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and strategic objectives, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support the preparation of executive and board-level presentations, including financial analysis and strategic narratives
  • Identify gaps or “blind spots” in business performance by connecting insights across multiple data sources
  • Drive process improvements and help build scalable workflows across finance and operations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity operations, or a similar strategic finance environment
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query / Power Pivot a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience building executive-level materials (PowerPoint)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
