Finance Manager - Fast growing manufacturing company - Jamaica, Queens (NY) - HYBRID WORKING

Finance ManagerThe client are a global manufacturing company that specialize in packaging for global retail, food and beverage companies. The head office is based in Jamaica (Queens) and they are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate MUST have prior experience using the system Paychecks Flex and must also have prior line management experience, as they will be leading a team of two junior Accountants. The role will be based in Queens, but will also require travel to the Newark (NJ) plant every other week.Job DescriptionThe successful Finance Manager will:Supervision and coordination of the preparation within determined deadlines of the annual and interim financial statements of the USA Group companies and presentation to the Management of the results achievedSupervision and coordination of the budget preparation and revised budgets of the USA Group companies and presentation to the ManagementSupervision and coordination of the finance office teams of the USA Group companiesSupport to tax consultants and auditors in order to ensure the tax regularity of the USA Group companies and the fulfillment of tax and social security obligationsCoordination of corporate and group policies and processes on administration, finance, financial analysis, reporting and budgetingPerformance of management control activitiesDetermine of finance KPIsAdhere to the Law and Companies' policiesAssistance to the Management in the periodic reports on performance by providing appropriate economic and forecast analyses as well as recommendationsSupport to the Management in financial decisions, both ordinary (analysis of the cash flows of USA Group companies) and extraordinary in the case of non-recurring transactions.
