Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

• 
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial analytics.
• 
  
• Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, customer performance, and business trends.
• 
  
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
• 
  
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, commissions, and financial reporting processes.
• 
  
• Oversee financial controls, SOPs, inventory valuation, costing, and audit support activities.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 
  
• Progressive experience across accounting, finance, and FP&A functions.
• 
  
• Advanced Power BI and Excel analytics experience.
• 
  
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and KPI development.
