Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

• 
  
• This is a hands-on, execution-first role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing month-end closing, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• 
  
• The Finance Manager will be supporting job costing, WIP schedules and delivering timely financial reporting to ownership.
• 
  
• Prepare monthly budgets vs actuals
• 
  
• Cash forecasting
• 
  
• Additional duties as assigned.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

• 
  
• BS Accounting, Finance or related field
• 
  
• Strong experience in construction accounting with job costing and WIP is highly desired
•
