Rudy Luther Toyota is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team. If you''re passionate about helping customers, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience while maximizing dealership performance, we''d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing and leasing options.
• Present vehicle protection products and financing solutions.
• Structure deals for profitability and lender approval.
• Submit and secure financing through lending partners.
• Prepare contracts and all required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all lender, dealership, state, and federal regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and lender relationships.
• Ensure contracts are funded accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Finance Manager experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance and compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and team-first attitude.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to pass a background check.

Compensation: Performance-based compensation with expected earnings of $90,000-$130,000+ annually, with additional earning potential for top performers.
