Outlaw Powersports is on the lookout for a Finance Manager who loves the thrill of the ride as much as the balance sheet! Whether you're passionate about powersports or just have a knack for keeping the numbers in top gear, we want you on our team. 


Position Overview:


We’re not your average dealership—we live and breathe adventure! From ATVs and motorcycles to side-by-sides and jet skis, we provide the ultimate experience for thrill-seekers. And just like our customers, we believe in going full throttle in everything we do, including our finances. That’s where you come in! You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in securing financing for multiple assets including; Powersports, RVs, Marine, Motorcycles, Vehicles, etc.
  • Educate customers about available financing products and help them choose the best option based on their financial situation.
  • Work closely with lending institutions to negotiate terms and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all finance transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to streamline the customer experience and maximize satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financing regulations to effectively advise customers and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the past 2-5 years in automotive, RVs, Powersports, and/ or HD financing is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and lending practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office and finance management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
