I'm working with a growing organization looking for a strong Finance Manager to lead accounting and financial operations while partnering closely with senior leadership.

What You'll Do:
Lead accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, collections, treasury, and month-end close
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning
Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, ACH/wires, and treasury activities
Develop KPIs and provide financial insight to leadership
Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
Support internal/external audits and compliance
Lead, coach, and develop the accounting and finance team
Partner with operational leaders on budgets, business initiatives, and strategic decisions
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Previous supervisory/leadership experience
Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management experience
ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
Strong communicator who is analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
