Experienced Dealership Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Allen Automotive, our F&I Managers play a key role in creating a seamless vehicle purchasing experience while helping customers protect their investment with the right finance and protection options. What You'll Do

  • Present finance and protection options that fit each customer's needs.
  • Structure, contract, and finalize vehicle purchases.
  • Secure financing approvals through our lending partners.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Generate finance and product sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of lender programs, leasing, balloon financing, and available rate options.
  • Offer vehicle service contracts, GAP, Credit Life, Accident & Health, and other protection products.
  • Process cancellations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Partner with the sales team to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive F&I experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet performance goals.
  • Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
