Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 annually

Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a hands-on FinanceManager to support operations across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering/R&D, product management, and shared services functions throughout North America.

This position will serve as a strategic finance leader, partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A, manufacturing finance, and business partnering experience, along with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to operational and executive leadership teams.
• 
  
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support both strategic and day-to-day business decisions.
• 
  
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities.
• 
  
• Own planning processes related to standard costs, labor rates, capital expenditures, accruals, and P&L performance.
• 
  
• Analyze business performance and lead regular financial reviews with leadership.
• 
  
• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reporting and KPI analysis.
• 
  
• Partner with Accounting to support month-end and year-end close activities.
• 
  
• Manage and maintain cost center structures, master data, and cost allocations.
• 
  
• Oversee product costing and standard cost planning within manufacturing operations.
• 
  
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and partner with the business to implement solutions.
• 
  
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and system implementation projects.
• 
  
• Manage and develop finance team members, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management.
• 
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 
  
• 10+ years of progressive Finance and/or Accounting experience.
• 
  
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• 
  
• Strong background supporting manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or industrial environments.
• 
  
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and FP&A.
• 
  
• Proven experience driving process improvements, system implementations, or organizational change initiatives.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• 
  
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making.
• 
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• 
  
• Strong project leadership and team management capabilities.
• 
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working within ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• 
  
• Experience supporting multi-site or global operations.
• 
  
• Exposure to working capital management, cost control, and operational finance initiatives.
•
