Regional Finance Manager

Salary: $150,000 + bonus
Remote, travel in the NJ/NY area

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Finance Manager:

• Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Partner directly with regional leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Analyze business performance, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations
• Build scenario models to evaluate investments, growth opportunities, and acquisitions
• Support M&A diligence, integration planning, and synergy tracking initiatives
• Improve reporting, automation, dashboards, and FP&A processes across the region

Qualifications for the Regional Finance Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
• Experience in professional services, PE-backed organizations, or multi-entity environments
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with ERP, planning, and BI tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau
• Must be based in the NY Metro area and comfortable traveling 30-40%
