Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial results and provide actionable business insights.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to improve financial performance and support decision-making.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and financial reviews.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, processes, and policies.
Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems preferred.
