Overview:

True Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with the Controller and team in development of the finance and accounting functions, supporting a multi-year ERP implementation, and the broader finance transformation improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role, suited for a finance professional who combines deep accounting expertise with strong skills and a collaborative, operational mindset.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support the Controller with the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
  • Partner to assist in managing the organization’s budgeting and financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reports to support high-level strategic planning for ownership.
  • Partner to support ERP implementation.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable reporting for Executive Leadership.
  • Manage finance process improvement transformation initiatives including development of a new budget and GL process to align with the organization’s mission.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for budgetary alignment throughout the organization.
  • Monitor various economic scenarios along with business changes to manage risks and make business recommendations and optimize cash flow.
  • Establish and maintain internal auditing procedures.
  • Liaison with external auditors and advisors.
  • Improve forecasting, inventory accounting, and management reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Eight or more years of related experience required.
  • ERP implementation experience is a plus. 
  • Manufacturing or asset-intensive background preferred. 
  • MBA, CPA and/or CMA preferred. 

The hours for this position are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
