Broadridge is hiring! The Finance Manager, Sales Compensation & Analytics within Global Sales & Marketing Solutions (GSMS) Finance serves as a strategic partner to Finance and Sales leadership, driving insight, governance, and optimization across Broadridge's global sales compensation programs. Reporting to the GSMS FP&A Director, this role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, financial planning, and data analytics, and plays a critical role in maximizing the return on one of our largest investments: our sales organization.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how we design, measure, and optimize sales performance, while ensuring operational excellence across compensation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Sales Compensation Strategy & Operations

Oversee end-to-end sales compensation processes, including plan design support, modeling, commission calculations, accruals, payroll submission, and governance. Serve as the primary liaison for the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform and Managed Service Provider.

  • Drive Sales Performance Analytics & Insight Generation

Lead advanced analytics across sales performance, productivity, and incentive effectiveness. Translate data from ICM, Salesforce, and financial systems into actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.

  • Partner with Sales & GTM Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, GSMS, Product, and FP&A leadership, connecting compensation design, performance metrics, and financial outcomes. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to course-correct performance or accelerate growth.

  • Optimize Cost of Sales & Investment Efficiency

Establish and enhance frameworks to measure total cost of sales, including commissions, quotas, and incentive structures. Enable deal-level and product-level profitability analysis to inform pricing, investment decisions, and long-term strategy.

  • Enhance Reporting & Forecasting Capabilities

Build scalable reporting and forecasting processes for variable compensation and sales performance. Improve visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities across monthly, quarterly, and multi-year horizons.

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, elevating capabilities in analytics, storytelling, and business partnership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity.

  • Drive Process Transformation & Automation

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate compensation processes and reporting, improving accuracy, scalability, and speed while reducing manual effort.

  • Benchmark & Innovate

Stay current on industry trends in sales compensation, SaaS metrics, and go-to-market effectiveness. Introduce leading practices to continuously evolve Broadridge's approach.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or related roles, with direct exposure to sales compensation, incentive design, or ICM systems
  • Proven finance leader with a strong track record of strategic, analytical, and operational impact
  • Experience supporting sales and go-to-market organizations, ideally within fintech or SaaS environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build C-level relationships
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and the impact of compensation decisions on P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience working with Salesforce, ICM platforms, and large data environments
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Financial services and/or fintech industry experience preferred
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus
