    Description

    Location: Onsite, four days per week - Kohler, WI

    Opportunity

    The Finance Manager, FP&A (Sales & Standard Margin), owns sales and standard margin forecasting, providing driver-based financial modeling, forward-looking insights, and forecast governance to support enterprise planning and decision-making.

    This role partners with business and Finance leaders to align forecast assumptions, explain revenue and margin drivers, and ensure sales, margin, and financial outputs are connected and transparent.

    The Finance Manager, FP&A (Sales & Standard Margin) strengthens forecast discipline, integrity, auditability, and control compliance while improving the speed, accuracy, and business relevance of forecast updates.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Own sales and standard margin forecasting processes, outputs, and governance.
    • Build and maintain driver-based revenue and margin models.
    • Partner with business leaders to validate forecast assumptions and key drivers.
    • Translate volume, price, mix, and margin drivers into financial insights.
    • Provide forward-looking analysis of risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
    • Align sales forecasts, margin expectations, and financial projections.
    • Monitor and analyze rebates, promotional spend and sales deductions in coordination with Price-Margin Realization and business partners
    • Drive forecast discipline, transparency, and timely forecast updates.
    • Analyze forecast-to-actual variances and explain key business drivers.
    • Maintain documentation of forecast inputs, assumptions, changes, and outputs.
    • Ensure forecast integrity, auditability, and compliance with forecasting controls.
    • Prepare leadership-ready reporting and recommendations to support decisions.
    • Improve forecasting processes, model quality, and stakeholder confidence.
