Responsibilities

• Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and compliant manner

• Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions

• Structure deals and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently

• Maintain strong lender relationships

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability

• Maintain organized deal files and submit paperwork in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of automotive finance experience required

• CDK experience required

• Dealertrack experience is a plus

• Proven track record of performance in automotive finance

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment

Compensation

• $85,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
