Finance Operations Analyst (II)

Pay Rate Range: $57/hr  to $77/hr on W2

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Americas Ads Finance team by analyzing business performance, developing financial forecasts, and providing insights that help senior leadership make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities: 

• Own and improve financial and operational processes supporting the Google Ads business.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, spending, and planning.
• Create revenue and performance reports and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Americas Sales, Finance, GTM, and other cross-functional teams to support business strategy.
• Support executive-level deliverables including weekly revenue reporting, target setting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Manage projects, timelines, status reporting, issue tracking, meetings, and documentation.
• Identify process improvements, drive stakeholder buy-in, and help resolve business roadblocks.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or a related field, or an advanced degree.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• SQL/data analytics experience is highly valuable.
