Finance Operations Analyst (II)

Description

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you coordinate the management of Finance Operations processes, ensuring that these processes are well designed and controlled to mitigate risk and ensure financial success. You regularly review and provide analysis to make optimization recommendations to leadership. You act as a good team member by collaborating through relationships you've built, both inside and outside of your immediate team. You know how to take ownership of day to day problems, but still escalate larger issues to management as needed. You possess strong knowledge and expertise of our Finance Operations. Responsibilities include:
- Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Propose next steps and roadblock solutions and anticipate questions and challenges.
- Analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes. This includes the ability to use data to add value to business planning, strategies, and operational processes.
- Design and obtain buy-in for process changes. Coordinate one or more components of change management.
- Develop data and research to identify and mitigate risk and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate the management of our operations, ensuring that processes, as designed, are controlled, effective, and efficient.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
- Financial process improvement
- Data analysis & synthesis
- Operations management
- Finance risk management
- Project management
