Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Finance and contribute to large-scale planning related to Finance deliverables. You will review and analyze moderately complex Finance challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Finance deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel in Finance will also be a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex Finance initiatives and deliverables.
• Review and analyze Finance challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.
• Leverage a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Finance to achieve objectives.

• 4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on financial, operational, or business insights.
• Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, revenue analysis, or profitability assessment.
• Basic understanding of merchant pricing concepts, including interchange, assessments, processing fees, and related cost structures.
• Experience working with pricing, reporting, or business intelligence tools.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, and Risk teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of payment network regulations and industry practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (preferred).
• Previous experience in merchant services pricing and strategy roles.
• Comfortable handling calls with both internal and external customers.
