Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- 1. Understanding accounting and finance process
- 2. ERP skills to match accounting process (O2C, P2P, R2R)
- 3. Advise clients on process maturity and hence its modifications
- 4. Understand tax structure through tax platforms
- 5. Knowledge of the overall technology architecture. Coding expertise is an added plus. 6.
Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Define Front Office transformation roadmap and strategy, product evaluation and solution design for manufacturing clients
- 2. Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects
- 3. Identify opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships in client ecosystem
- 4. Participate / Lead RFP responses and contribute
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- 1. Should have worked on an onsite – offshore model
- 2. Should be able to cover USA geo hours.
