Finance & Insurance Specialist

Bachelor's Degree Required

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed

What You'll Do

• Collect service contract and insurance refunds from dealerships
• Process daily financial reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Assist with departmental projects and special assignments
• Collaborate with internal departments and dealership personnel to ensure timely processing

• What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Compensation & Benefits

• $21.50-$23.50 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday-Friday schedule
