Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Hollywood, FL.
Responsibilities: • Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementations. • Act as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needs. • Maintain data integrity, validate system changes, perform testing, and support configuration updates. • Analyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunities.
As a Finance System Analyst, you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality, integrations, and best practices.
