**About the Role:** As a CBRE Finance Systems Consultant, you will providesupport and technical assistance to users for issues related to a variety ofsoftware applications while meeting defined service level expectations. This job is part of the Financial Systems job function. Theyare responsible for ensuring Accounting systems operate effectively. **What You'll Do:** + Respond to requests for assistance with a variety ofaccounting software packages used by Client Accounting services and Real EstateManagement teams. + Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using anincident management system. + Resolve issues, including escalated requests from supportstaff. + Review system and user request reports to ensure allsupported systems comply with established best practices, regulatoryrequirements, etc. + Guide and implement small to medium size systemmigrations, new client implementations, and system upgrades. + Design and develop basic reports based on internal andexternal client business requirements. + Identify and evaluate process and system improvements. + Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and internalprojects, to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovativesolutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own jobdiscipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach anagreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, orservice activities within own team and other related teams. + Work within broad guidelines and policies **What You'll Need:** · Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years ofrelevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered. · Ability to exercise judgment based on theanalysis of multiple sources of information. · Willingness to take a new perspective onexisting solutions. · In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with anadvanced inquisitive mindset. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Systems Consultant position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $105,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
